Who I Am
I bring more than thirty years of experience in ordained ministry, along with professional formation in coaching and restorative practice. Over the course of my ministry, I have walked with individuals and communities through seasons of transition, conflict, discernment, and renewal. My work has consistently been rooted in a commitment to building inclusive, justice-seeking communities where people of every identity, background, and life experience are welcomed and valued. Again and again, I have seen how growth becomes possible when people are supported in seeing patterns more clearly, listening more deeply, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
Through Restorative Connections, I offer professional coaching, restorative circle facilitation and training, and interim consulting. While these services differ in form, they are grounded in the same relational approach: deep listening, curiosity, accountability, and respect for the wisdom already present in people and communities. I pay close attention to both visible and invisible dynamics—especially the ways history, power, and patterns of communication shape decision-making and forward movement.
This is not a consulting firm with multiple partners. When you work with Restorative Connections, you work directly with me. I walk alongside people and communities as they name what has been unspoken, repair what has been strained, and make the connections that allow new possibilities to emerge. This work is relational at its core, shaped by trust, courage, and care for the whole.
Along the way there is often laughter, creativity, and the freedom to imagine possibilities that might not have seemed available before.
Why I Do This Work
Much of my life’s work has centered on walking with people and communities during times when something important is shifting—when conflict surfaces, when direction feels unclear, or when familiar ways of doing things no longer bring life. In those moments I have seen how powerful it can be when people slow down long enough to notice patterns, repair relationships, and see their situation with new clarity.
Moments of reconnection—within ourselves and between one another—are often where healing and new direction begin. They are a reminder, again and again, that connection truly does change everything.
